Hearts
Good morning to you all.
Here is an A6 size card constructed from 3 stamps that I designed and had made for me - the heart, the square and the rectangle stamps. It is actually a very simple card but I love the combination of the gold on the glossy black card.
The heart was stamped with Versamark ink and embossed in gold. The two other decorative panels was stamped with Versamark ink and then Perfect Pearls gold mica powder was stippled onto the design and gently worked into the ink until the whole pattern was visible.
The heart was closely trimmed around the edge as were the two panels. The panels were then matted onto white gloss card to give an extra bit of contrast. The panels were layered onto the glossy black base card before the heart was added, raised on foam pads for dimension.
Multiple strands of gold thread, knotted at the top of the card spine adds the finishing touch to give quite a luxurious looking card.
This card has been entered into the Heart challenge at http://diecutdreams.blogspot.com/
